We are so excited to have a LIVE Misquah Monday! We will have live singing from DJ DAN DAN, some Misquah summer staff members and maybe a moose or two!
1. This will be hosted in-person at Strathcona Park, located at 25 Range Rd, Ottawa, ON K1N 8J3. We will be meeting at the stage near Laurier (pin on map below and photo of stage)
2. Please arrive early (between 6:30pm to 7:00pm) so that you can see friends, get cozy and get ready to sing when the show gets started.
3. The current provincial restrictions limits outdoor social gathering to 100 people total. Ottawa Public Health highly recommends wearing a mask for outdoor recreational activities that do not allow you to keep a two metre (six feet) distance from others. As such, and a step further, face masks and double vaccinations are mandatory for attendance. We also encourage social distancing during this event. Note that we will not be checking vaccine records or enforcing distancing as we do not have enough staff to facilitate this. For folks who are not vaccinated you can still participate via Zoom!
Lastly, the following individuals are not permitted to attend:
Anyone who is sick or has any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, headache
Anyone who has recently returned from traveling outside of Canada, in the past 14 days
Anyone who has knowingly been exposed to, or been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19, in the past 14 days
4. We will have private access to the bathrooms nearby.
5. We will not be serving any drinks or food due to Covid concerns, so please bring anything to munch on yourself!
For those who cannot attend, we will still be streaming this on Facebook Live and on Zoom.
